Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QR-Nexus (https://qrnexus.in), operated by Ranit Kalita, Guwahati, Assam, India("we", "us"). By using the website or creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The service

QR-Nexus lets you design and download QR codes. Static codes are generated in your browser and contain your content directly. Dynamic codes point to a short link on our servers that redirects to a destination you can change, and record basic scan statistics.

2. Accounts

• You must give a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Plans and payments

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Premium and Agency) are monthly subscriptions billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• If your paid plan ends, existing dynamic codes keep working, but you cannot create new ones beyond the Free plan limit.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use QR-Nexus, including dynamic code redirects, to:

• link to phishing, malware, scams, or content that is illegal in India;
• impersonate another person or business, or collect payments under false pretences;
• send spam or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• attack, overload or try to bypass the limits or security of the service.

We may pause or delete codes, and suspend accounts, that break these rules — without refund where the breach is serious.

5. Your content

You own the content, links and logos you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use any logo or content you upload.

6. Availability

We work to keep redirects fast and available, but the service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Test every code before printing it in quantity.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or reprinting costs). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and data, email [email protected]. Dynamic codes stop redirecting once deleted.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell you by email or on the website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction.
